Call Me First     Save Money

You can save a lot of money if you know who to call.

I charge $100 for the first hour and $80/hour prorated for every hour beyond.  I charge direct cost on materials with no markup.

Many repairs and projects  can be completed in two hours or less.  Save money by getting several small projects done in one visit.

Have a larger job?  Ask about discount rates for larger and off-season projects.

Is what you'll pay when you call a service technician, plumber, electrician, or general contractor. $120 just to get them to show up and $240 or more for a simple service call. Trip charges, material markups,  two guys for a one guy job, and rates of $90-140+/hour make simple jobs needlessly add up really fast.

Save money and check with me first.

$77/hour is about the national average for Handyman services.  Many handyman services won't list their rates for a variety of reasons.

I list my rates in a desire to be as honest and transparent as possible.
